Christmas White Table Evening

Monday 5th of December 2016 the South Kent Lodge held their traditional Christmas White Table Evening.
It is seen as an opportunity to invite wives, partners and prospective Masons to come along not only to celebrate Christmas but to meet Freemasons in their "natural habitat".
As always it was well attended by over fifty guests and visitors.
Prior to the Festive Board, a short meeting was conducted to transact the usual Masonic business which included the Second Degree Passing for Bro. Ben Davis. This was conducted by W.Bro. Mick Smith.
During this time all the non masonic guests were admirably looked after by W.Bros. Roger Lambkin and Mark Smith.
The Festive Board proceeded which consisted of the usual traditional Christmas fayre.
This was followed by the singing of a few Christmas Carols with W.Bro. Joe Williams providing the musical accompaniment.
The final event of 2016 now over, the South Kent Lodge is looking forward to a busy and enjoyable year ahead.
