South Kent Lodge No. 4303

South Kent Lodge Charity Dinner 2015

The South Kent Lodge Annual Charity Dinner was held at the Masonic Centre, North Street, Ashford on Sunday 12th April 2015.

It is seen as an opportunity for Brethren and their families to come together and meet others connected with the Ashford Masonic Centre. Of course, it is also a good way of raising a little extra for charity

This year it was decided to have the dinner as a Sunday Lunch in order to make it more accesible to families.

This decision certainly proved to be a winner, as the event was very well attended.

Part of the tradition of the Lodge is for the Brethren to exchange their Masonic aprons for those of waiters in order to serve our guest.

The Worshipful Master, W. Bro. Mick Smith rounded off this most succesful event by performing some magical entertainment.

Overall, almost £500 was raised for charity and a big "Thank You!" needs to go out to all who supported this event, with a special thanks to all the Brethren for their contribution.
